First identify who qualifies: minimum age, permitted location, account status, invitation or opt-in requirements and eligible payment methods. Then identify what is awarded—cash, restricted credit, spins or another reward—and when it appears. A banner visible to everyone may still describe a targeted offer.
Next record the wagering multiplier and calculation base, maximum permitted bet, game contribution rates and excluded games. Finish with claim and play expiry, any cap on promotional winnings and the consequences of withdrawing before completion. Save the full terms so an important detail does not disappear with the advertisement.
A hypothetical €10 bonus with a 5× bonus-only wagering condition requires €50 of qualifying stakes. It does not guarantee €50 of cash, a surviving balance or a profit. If an eligible game contributes less than 100%, more actual wagering would be required to reach the same qualifying total.
Local rules can constrain promotions. Great Britain’s Gambling Commission marketing code currently caps bonus wagering requirements at ten times. This is a jurisdiction-specific rule; an international guide should not silently extend it elsewhere.
Decide what you can afford to lose before looking at offers. If a promotion requires a larger deposit, unfamiliar games or a longer session than you intended, it is changing the cost of participation. You do not owe the casino completion of a wagering target.
