Our editorial standard is straightforward: explain clearly, verify material claims and distinguish evidence from opinion.
Topic selection
We prioritise questions that help readers understand casino games, promotions, payments and safety. A topic should answer a specific need, add useful context or explain a meaningful industry development. Search demand can inform selection, but it does not justify a page that repeats a headline without helping the reader.
Research and verification
We use primary sources where available: regulators for regulatory statements, official provider documentation for service rules and operator terms for operator-specific conditions. We identify the jurisdiction and the date when a fact is time-sensitive. An operator’s marketing claim is attributed rather than automatically treated as independent evidence.
Examples are labelled as illustrations. We do not invent test deposits, withdrawal experiences, interviews, professional qualifications or review scores. When evidence is incomplete, we state the limitation or leave the claim out. Automated tools may assist drafting and organisation; they do not replace source checking.
Updates
Operator ownership, licences, payment routes and bonus terms can change. Material claims should be rechecked when a page is revised or a credible correction is received. A publication date describes when an article went live; an updated date should reflect a meaningful editorial change. We do not backdate articles to imply a longer publishing history.
Commercial relationships
Advertising or future affiliate relationships do not guarantee positive coverage. Commercial content must remain useful, relevant and clearly disclosed. Payment cannot turn an unverified statement into a fact. See our advertising disclosure for the publication’s policy.
Corrections
Send the page address, disputed statement and supporting evidence to jason.jackson@locafy.com. We review credible reports and correct substantiated errors. A material correction should be explained on the affected page; routine spelling and formatting changes do not need a separate notice. We do not promise a fixed response time or claim a large editorial board.
